National Community Pharmacists Association
The National Community Pharmacists Association (NCPA) saw a political future including health care reform and a changing landscape of federal regulations that would have a major impact on the way it’s members provide vital health care services to Americans across the country. Then they looked at their Government Affairs capacity to meet the challenges the future holds, and recognized they needed to kick their capacity up a level, especially their grassroots efforts. Englin Consulting worked with the senior goverment affairs team to complete a thorough audit of the NCPA grassroots program, including communications, vendors, websites, reporting, and integration with the rest of the operation and produced recommendations to prepare NCPA to win the battles to come.
