CBPP – International Budget Partnership
The International Budget Partnership (IBP), housed at Center for Budget and Policy Priorities, releases the Open Budget Survey every other year. A unique report, the Open Budget Survey is a rigorous analysis of budget transparency around the world, undertaken as a joint project of civil society partners in 94 countries. The release of the report is an international event, and also an event in each individual country. Englin Consulting was retained to help IBP develop messaging, build a communications plan, train spokespeople, and coordinate release materials and outreach around the world for the 2010 Open Budget Survey release.
