Equality California
Juggling a tough ballot initiative in the one hand, and a critically important legislative and services agenda in the other, Equality California needed to raise more money, build better relationships, and lead a larger coalition than ever before. We evaluated EQCA’s current plans and procedures, wrote a plan to get them to their goals, and helped the staff work with their Boards of Directors and coalition partners to get the work underway.
